My Mission
If I could get away with it – I would paint in bright red paint, one word across the sky and above the entrance of every home and business on the planet.
Any ideas what it might be?… You guessed it … COMMUNICATION
Think about it how many times have you thought:
- Enterprise Social Media – How come we are not utilising this within our own company?
- Why did they make that decision WITHOUT speaking to me or other stakeholders?
- Nothing around here makes any sense?
- Why aren’t our company operations aligned to our customers needs?
- Our customers don’t need this – what were they thinking?
- New company strategy – WHAT strategy?
- I have to work across how many systems to do my work – are you kidding me?
- How come marketing don’t speak to our sales department?
- Why do I bother coming to work – I never receive any feedback on how I am going?
- Nothing I do makes any difference anyway?
Are you getting my drift?
Well I am tired of the complacency and I need your help!
My mission is to start a movement and change the way people and companies communicate both here and abroad. Ambitious HELL YEAH. Impossible – HELL NO….I am and will forever be an optimist.

SERIOUSLY, I am looking to create a forum where people can share ideas and what they have learnt, by instilling a communication culture within their own business? I also want to hear your war stories and their impact, as I am confident that many of us will relate and can give you some direction and assistance.
WHY BOTHER – you may ask?
Having walked the corridors and been in the boardrooms of companies who have embraced communication and a consultative approach to all areas of their business, I want to wake people up to what they are missing out on.
